Wright Ratchet Purchases

I tried purchasing three Wright ratchets from well known vendor that used to sell only books and all three arrived damaged with deep gouges/scrapes or dents in the handles. It would have taken quite a bit of abuse to damage the metal in this way. I realize they are tools and will get marred up eventually but I would like to be the one that inflicts the damage, not have it arrive that way. The ratchets from Epstein arrived in perfect condition and Jori was extremely helpful with the sale.
