very little filing & sanding to get a glove 🧤 like fit
handle came with lacquer finish I chose to stain it very happy with my purchase and the results. See pictures below.

As advertised, would prefer non-lacquered.

Bought from here because house handles’ website is under construction. Would prefer a non lacquered option to save me some time removing it, but as advertised regardless.
