The New Bit Grip by Journeyman Gear, made in United state. These are made out of solid steel and each one comes with a very strong 12KN carabiner. 

Designed to provide a safe secure method of stowing 7/16 HEX chuck dill bits and sockets while working off hooks. It makes sending both up and down the handline much safer as well.
