Works poorly

I was excited about a USA made option, but it does not spin well to wind up the string, so does not do its only job. The spot where the spool attaches to the big handle is flexible, which makes too much friction to reliably spin with the little top crank. I’m pretty disappointed that this is no better than just winding on a board or tube, and worse (though cheaper) than the options at the big box stores. Also note string is twisted, not braided, if that matters to you.
