Strong Grip, Shine Up Nice!

Like the other commenter said, these grab onto a hex head very tightly! The spring is strong and they're in great condition given the age. I used a little Simichrome metal polish on them and they cleaned up great. Could be improved with a buffing wheel for a full mirror finish!

Very stout grabbers

One very nice feature of these extended mechanical fingers is that the business end (the part that closes on the object of your desire) is square. This means that you can use it to start a square or hex nut/bolt way down deep in an assembly where your fat arm can't reach. Sure, you can pick stuff up with it, but the value is really being able to place things. It has a strong spring force, and that means it grips whatever you feed it very well.
